Name
The name of the organization shall be the Saskatchewan Health
Educators Association.
Objectives
- To elevate the status of health education.
- Promote professional development.
- To facilitate the sharing of ideas and updating instructional materials.
- Improve curriculum and instruction.
- Provice a coordinated approach to health issues.
- Work with Saskatchewan Learning and Saskatchewan Health to promote healthy lifestyles.
Membership
Open to STF members, university students, and anyone with a professional interest in health education.
Fees
Fees shall be established by resolution at the Annual General Meeting.
Officers
The business of the Association shall be managed by an Executive while shall consist of:
- President (2 year term)
- Vice-President (2 year term)
- Past-President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- No fewer than 4 and no more than 7 members-at-large
